The Greenville Symphony Orchestra’s Annual Children’s Concerts are free to all public school classes, home school families and Co-Ops. Please know that no paper tickets will be issued; once you fill out the sign-up form, you have reserved your seats! Peace Center ushers will check you off the sign-up list and seat groups together as they arrive.

Here is important information about your field trip to the GSO and the Peace Center. Please share with other educators, chaperones, and drivers.
PERFORMANCE DETAILS: Greenville Symphony Orchestra
Date: November 20, 2026
Time: 10 am and 12 pm
Length: Approximately 40-45 minutes
Location: Peace Center Concert Hall, Broad Street Doors, on circle
ARRIVAL TIME: 9:00 am and 11:00 am, respectively. Please give yourself and your group plenty of time either to go along the bus line, or time to meet at Peace Center Plaza and enter as your whole group. No paper tickets will be issued; Peace Center ushers will check you off the sign-up list and seat groups together as they arrive.
PEACE CENTER POLICY: No cell phone use, No Food, No Gum, No drinks! We recommend leaving bags and backpacks on your bus or in your car!
BUS INSTRUCTIONS: Greenville county can only drop off on Broad Street at the semi-circle beside the Peace Center. Please use River Street to approach Broad Street. Traffic will be directed by GPD as you get close to the venue. Everyone should remain on the bus until a Peace Center bus monitor leads you off the bus.
Each bus driver will be given a number that will match the number given to the teacher with the students at drop off. Our bus monitor will board each bus to give a few brief instructions (including: no cell phone use, no food, gum, or drink) and then direct the students to the concert hall doors. From the doors an usher will direct the class to their seats. All students need to be seated before any are taken to restrooms so that we get a proper seat count for each class. The GPD or security staff will direct the bus driver to the staging location. The show is only 40min long, so there will not be a long time to wait to return for pick up.
Each bus will be called to return to the same location that they dropped off.
The students will remain in their seats in the concert hall until their bus number is called for pick up.
