A Navy veteran whose culinary journey began in the galley of an aircraft carrier feeding 5,000 sailors, Chef Jerry brings more than 25 years of experience—and a fearless, flavor-forward philosophy—to the heart of our kitchen. His career spans some of the most respected names in hospitality: the five-star luxury of Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, the global flair of Walt Disney World’s Epcot Catering, and private events at the renowned Boca Raton Resort.
Chef Jerry is not only accomplished, he is inspired. Whether curating a seasonal wine-pairing dinner, crafting a festive holiday buffet, or designing a one-of-a-kind farmer-driven menu, he creates more than meals—he creates moments.
